Ak Aluminium is one of the leading companies in Turkish aluminium industry.
Ak Aluminium facilities established on 100.000 m2 open and 10.000 m2 closed area for producing aluminium cast coils, cold rolled coils, sheets and strips.
It has 2 continuous casting lines, 2 cold rolling mills, 3 annealing furnaces, a combined line for degreasing, tensioning and embossing, a cut to length line, a slitting line and some auxiliary machines like grinders and lathes.
Ak Aluminyum produces AA 1XXX and 3XXX series in form of; cast coils between 4,00 – 10,00 mm thick and 800 - 1650 mm width, cold rolled coils between 0,20 – 3,00 mm thick and max 1250 mm width, cold rolled sheets between 300 – 1250 mm width and max 4000 mm length, narrow strips with minimum 20 mm width. According to customer request, Ak Aluminium is able to apply classical stucco , diamond and wood grain textures on coils of 0,20 – 1,00 mm thick for visual applications.
