The company established its casting facility in 1998 to meet the aluminum billet needs of Turkey and global companies. In the following years, Bor Billet Aluminum abandoned ingot production entirely and focused all of its energy and expense on billet production.
In 2008, Bor Billet Aluminum made a new investment plan and began producing profiles with an 1880-ton (7-inch) extrusion press line and an electrostatic powder coating facility. In line with customer demand and requests, the company added a 1100-ton (5-inch) extrusion press to its production line and continues to produce with the addition of an anodizing line. Currently, with a total of 4 extrusion presses (2 with 5" capacity, 1 with 7" capacity and 1 with 9" capacity), two electrostatic powder coating facilities (vertical and horizontal), and an anodizing facility, Bor Billet Aluminum continues to serve the industry.
Bor Billet Alüminyum is serving our customers with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of aluminum profiles, 50,000 tons of billets, 10,000 tons of anodizing capacity and 20,000 tons of electrostatic powder coating capacity, on a land area of 700,000 ft² and a closed area of 430,000 ft² square meters.
