EksenAL is a well known Aluminium Extrusion Die Manufacturing company based in Kocaeli (Turkey) and have many companies worlwide that import dies from us directly. We manufacture very good quality Aluminium Extrusion Dies and we use Swiss Uddeholm Steel and German Steel (Kind & Co) to manufacture our products. Our clients have been using our dies for a decade and have stayed loyal to us as we regularly visit them and send our die correctioner to check up on their production needs. We produce in the range of 800 dies per month from 180mm to 700mm in size. Approximate delivery term is between 12-14 days.

For this reason we always head forward as a whole team; Our innovative Research and Development Department has been working on Extrusion simulation and 3D drawings of the dies for 6 years with the cooperation of Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and Outstanding Universities. Last Year, We have Hyper Xtrude simulation program in order to optimize our die designs. For higher mix of critical profiles, we simulate & analyze our 3D designs before production, and we obtain the best result. Our Quality and Assurance Engineers follow each dies with separate quality certificates indicated in Technical specification form, and all dies have been analyzed according to the parameters written on the die control card attached before shipment.
