In our extrusion production network, we utilize a total of 5 presses using billets ranging from 4'' to 11'', with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons.
The longest profile we can produce is 13.5 meters, and we can manufacture profiles ranging from 50 grams to 25,000 grams per meter.
For anodized material supply, we have 4 anodizing baths in our supply chain with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons. We can produce surfaces such as Matte, Glossy, and E-6 in natural, inox, coffee, black, and various tones. The longest anodized profile we can produce is 7.2 meters.
For painted material supply, we can paint profiles vertically in our supply chain with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons. We can produce products in any color from the RAL color chart, and the longest profile we can paint is 7.5 meters.
Currently, we have 6500 molds, and we can produce 500-600 molds annually. The mold production time varies between 3-4 weeks.
Our exports constitute 30% of total sales, with active export operations to Germany, Romania, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Kosovo, Greece, and Israel.
In our facility capable of mechanical processing, we can perform operations such as punching, drilling, bending, cutting, CNC processing, and welding in-house.
We can deliver a truckload of materials within 3.5 weeks. Regarding payment, we operate on a cash or letter of credit (LC) basis. We offer delivery options such as EX, CIF, and FOB.
