Sistem Alüminyum, which started production in 1994 in Istanbul, still continues its activities in modern facilities in a closed area 95,000 m² of 330,000 m located in the Ergene district of Tekirdağ province. The annual aluminum profile production capacity of our company has reached 103,000 tons. Sistem Alüminyum is a full integrated facility that includes diehouse, extrusion facility, forged aluminum facility, electrostatic powder coating facility, wood textured transfer coating, anodizing facility, aluminum composite panel manufacturing and final mechanical applications.
The Forged Aluminum Facility with an annual production capacity of 5000 pcs./day and put it into operation in 2020.
At Sistem Aluminum, finished or semi-finished products are produced for almost every sector from construction to infrastructure, from automotive to white goods, from greenhouse to furniture. Under our Alutech System Series brand, we manufacture aluminum joinery and architectural facade systems. In the industrial field, we produce semi-finished aluminum extrusion and forged parts for many sectors with our SİSTEM brand.
Our ALUTECHBOND branded Aluminum Composite Panels, which are indispensable parts of facades that can respond to different designs and applications, are produced in our Ergene facilities. Composite panels with different technical qualities in various color, pattern and texture options can be produced in our factory for exterior and interior applications. Boutique composite panels can be produced in special types, colors / patterns and sizes required by the projects. Sistem Alüminyum is ready to offer optimum solutions to your projects with two panel production lines of A2, B1 and B2 type with a total annual capacity of 6,000,000 m².
Aiming to develop and be permanent in the aluminum profile sector, Sistem Alüminyum is advancing rapidly in achieving this goal with its quality management system studies: Our company, which has CE, REACH, TSE, EN, Gost-R, QUALİCOAT for static powder paint applications, QUALANOD for anodizing applications, has ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS-EN 12020, TS-EN 755-1, IATF 16949: 2016 and has various quality system certificates such as ISO / IEC 27001 Information Security Management System etc. In addition, SİSTEM ALÜMİNYUM SAN. VE TİC. A.S. confirms that the chemicals (heavy metals) in REACH and ROHS restrictions in the materials you supply are within legal limits.
